THE TIME MACHINE

Based on the fiction novel of the same name by H. G. Wells, The Time Machine draws inspiration from the rich culture and tradition of Japan during the period from 1950s to 1960s. While the time traveller has the typical look of a young Japanese scholar, Weena, the humanoid child, is a wondrous result of human adaptation to the world of the far future. Attempting to travel back in time, the gifted man accidentally finds himself instead in a land of the unknown future.
